Bringing Authentic Mexican Flavor To Seattle
Fire Tacos & Cantina started with nothing but a dream, a grill, and a whole lot of hustle. What began in a garage in Kent, Washington, quickly turned into a local movement from our first food truck in Kent to our restaurant on Alki Beach, where we now share the authentic flavors of Mexico with Seattle.
Behind Fire Tacos is a young couple in their early thirties who’ve built everything from the ground up guided by family tradition, hard work, and community.
Our story goes back generations, all the way to Los Angeles, where our family helped shape the city’s birria culture. Our grandfather was one of the first pioneers to introduce birria to L.A., earning recognition from legendary food voices like Anthony Bourdain, Jonathan Gold, and other renowned critics who celebrated his recipe.
Today, as the fourth generation, we carry that legacy forward keeping his recipes alive while adding our own modern Fire Tacos twist. Every taco we serve honors where we come from: our roots, our grind, and our love for authentic Mexican flavor.
